Prices

Dogs (any breed): Off-peak £20.50 per day, per dog (10:00 - 09.59 the following day), Peak £25.00 per day, per dog (10:00 - 09.59 the following day)

Bank Holidays that fall over the Christmas and New Year period are charged at double rate

Peak periods are:

Peak and bank holiday rates do not apply to cattery bookings.
Cats: Standard suite £10.95 per day (10:00 – 09:59 the following day) additional cats are discounted to £8.95 per day
V.I.C suite £12.95 per day (10:00 – 09:59 the following day) additional cats are discounted to £10.95 per day

All prices include food, comprehensive pet insurance, heating, lighting, exercise and play.

Medication Fees

The administration of non prescription medication is free of charge, prescribed medication £3.00 per day per animal, injections and complicated regimes £5.00 per day per animal. Please see the FAQs section for more details.

Monday – Sunday: 9:30 am – 6:00pm
We are open 365 days a year

Sunday: last check–in at 3:00pm
Bank Holidays: Closed to visitors

Extra value - please note that if you collect your animal between 9:30 am – 9:59 am then you do not pay for that day.

Booking

At present, we are attracting clients from all neighbouring counties as well as bookings from as far away as America . Viewing and booking in advance will save disappointment.

First of all you need to check the availability of your request. This can be done in one of three ways:

• E–mail. Please use info@qqltd.co.uk
• Telephone. Please call during our opening hours, preferably between 11 am and 2pm
• In person. We understand that allowing us to take care of your pet is a big decision. To ease your anxiety we offer an 'open door policy' during opening hours. No appointment is required, but please be aware that we are committed to caring for the other boarders and therefore a 5 minute wait may be necessary.

Once dates have been agreed, a confirmation letter or email will be forwarded to you. This will state the arrival and departure times and dates, as well as the total amount payable for the stay.

A deposit of £50.00 (or full payment if the balance is less than £50.00) will be requested to secure your booking. Once the payment has been received, we will finalise your booking request and update our system.

All deposits paid are non refundable/non transferable and must be received within 14 days of the date shown on the booking confirmation letter in order to guarantee availability. Please note that it is the client's responsibility to confirm that payments have been received.

A penalty charge of £35.00 per boarder will be incurred for any late departure. We strongly recommend booking additional days to allow for travel disruptions and other unpredictable circumstances.

When checking in, you must present a current vaccination certificate for each guest. We ask that all boarders are fully vaccinated, wormed and regularly treated for fleas. All tom cats must be neutered and we strongly recommend Pentofel, the vaccine against cat 'flu. All dogs must be vaccinated against kennel cough.
